            Eduardo González, Jr.

Eduardo González, Jr. is a Lead Facilitator in the Opening Doors Diversity Project. Eduardo also provides statewide leadership to Cornell Cooperative Extension as a Diversity Specialist. In this capacity, a key area of focus for Mr. González is assisting staff, managers, administrators and their respective organizations in developing the awareness and skills needed to support and/or provide leadership in organizational change efforts on diversity. He is also Youth Development Specialist with the Family and Youth Development program at Cornell University Cooperative Extension - New York City.

His experience and expertise in the field of youth development and education spans over 14 years with diverse adult and youth audiences. His work as a youth professional has been focused on working in partnership with youth to develop the skills, competencies and personal attributes to become empowered citizens-in-the-present.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor's in Human Services and a Masters in Public Administration from Pace University. He completed certification as a diversity professional in 2004 through the Diversity Management Certification program at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations Extension Program in New York City.
